PCYC SUTHERLAND BOXING

At PCYC Sutherland, we host boxing classes to get kids and adults engaged with fitness and invested in their health. Our community-based gym provides a safe and fun environment where people of all ages and experience levels can experience boxing. 

One of the most popular courses at our club is our Box Junior program, which is held multiple times per week. In these sessions, young boxers will work with our qualified trainers to establish a solid foundation of boxing skills and improve their overall fitness. They’ll participate in exercises and drills designed to increase their strength, coordination, and conditioning and become a better boxer. 

Our club also runs a Box Adult program for older teenagers and adults. During these classes, participants will build up their boxing abilities with help from our instructors. They’ll also become stronger and more physically fit through their training.

PCYC Sutherland is a friendly space where you can meet new friends while enjoying the benefits of physical activity. Our boxing classes are open to members of all skill levels, so you’re welcome to join even if you’ve never tried boxing before.
