PCYC St George is home to a large variety of sport and recreation facilities for the community. Complete with a gym and fitness centre, indoor basketball court, squash court and martial arts rooms, we have great facilities that suit everyone.
We’re passionate about including everyone in the community and support the culturally and linguistically diverse communities close by. We have cultivated a great relationship between PCYC staff and the local Police, as well as the Police and local youth.

All Rhee TaeKwon-Do Instructors are professionals and officially appointed by World Master Chong Chul Rhee. All classes are held in a fun, positive and controlled environment. Suitable for you and the whole family, Rhee TaeKwon-Do is a great way to get fit and develop a sound body and mind.
TTM welcomes everyone to master traditional Taekwon-Do and develop key physical strength and moral rectitude. Head instructor Grand Master (Sasung) Tam Fook Chee, an 9th Dan Black Belt, International Instructor and the only Australian ITF Overall World Champion alongside with his distinguished instructors are recognised to be one of the first to offer a structured program that amalgamates and balances tradition with a modern approach of teaching. KinderGym is coming soon to PCYC St George, with classes set to run on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Designed for young children, our KinderGym program focuses on developing coordination, balance, confidence and fundamental movement skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each 1-hour session includes 45 minutes of structured, instructor led activities followed by 15 minutes of supervised free play.
Classes will run between 9:30am and 12:30pm, starting at:

11:30am
Sessions will run in age order.
We are aiming to commence in mid-March (date to be confirmed).

Fit for Life
The program fosters physical fitness, wellbeing, and personal growth, while promoting prosocial behaviours through mentorship. Additionally, participants are transported to school, ensuring they start their day positively.
