COVID-19 Updates: Greater Sydney lockdown extended | Wednesday 28 July

Following today's NSW Government announcement we know we are all facing a further four weeks of COVID lockdown. This is hard on everyone, especially young people who are missing the opportunity to see friends, classmates and family. During this time we encourage students to keep focused on your school work and get some exercise every day. ? ?

Here's hoping we will be able to welcome everyone back into our clubs at the end of August. ?

With this lockdown extension we would like to encourage everyone to stay at home and take care of yourself, your family and your community.

Remember, regular exercise is good for our physical and mental health. PCYC NSW is here to help you stay active, and celebrate our favourite sports with a series of fun, easy-to-do fitness challenges that can be done at home:

Regional NSW Clubs still open!

There have been no changes to restrictions affecting regional NSW clubs, and we encourage you to enroll now for Term 3 Activities! Search your local club to view our activities timetable and book today smile

Please remember to wear your mask when you are inside the club and use the hand sanitiser provided. Young people aged 12 years and under are exempt from wearing masks.
