PCYC HAWKESBURY GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Hawkesbury, our community-based gym is an excellent place to work on your physical fitness and pursue your health goals. With modern gym equipment and facilities, our club is a friendly and affordable place to stay in shape, lose weight, or simply relieve stress through exercise. 

Whether you prefer weightlifting or cardio, our gym has everything you need to get a fantastic workout. We offer cardio machines, weights, floor space, and more so that you can work out various muscle groups and feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of your session.

PCYC Hawkesbury also has a basketball court where members can drop by for casual shooting or a game of pick-up basketball with fellow gym-goers. No matter if you prefer a recreational game with friends or a competitive session that gets your heart racing, you can find it at our club.

HIIT the ground running on a Friday morning at 7:00 am in our all NEW HIIT class which involves anything from running, cycling, kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls. Movements are short but intense – you may push yourself as hard as you can for 30 or 45 seconds, then ease off for just enough time to catch your breath and then it’s time to go, go, go all over again. Fitness Passport Accepted.
