Walking Basketball is a fun and low impact version of basketball, it's aim is to get people out and active but in a social setting. Sessions consist of skills and games so caters for all levels so perfect for the beginner right through to long term players who now just want a slower social game/activity.

Freestyle Gymnastics (FreeG) is a Parkour style gymnastics program that fosters creativity and individual expression whilst having fun in the gym.

The GymSTAR Plus program is the next stage for your child after GymSTAR. This program builds their skills specific to each of the pathway programs at the club. PCYC Junior Gym classes are designed for 4+5 year olds who are not yet attending school. The program continues to develop the cognitive and physical skills of the child and challenges them to build control strength and flexibility through a range of fun games and activities.
Non-Parent Assisted Class - runs for 45 minutes. Generally will involve 2 different circuits and some free play - occasionally will include themed weeks and activities.

PCYCs Kindergym program is designed to enhance the cognitive and social development of your child through fun physical activities in the safety of our gymnastics centre.

The TeamGym Development class teaches your child the necessary skills to join a TeamGym group, and focuses on acrobatic skills, Tumbling Skills and Mini trampoline.
INVITATION ONLY CLASS
This class combines parts of tumbling, mini tramp, and dance to create an exciting team competition event for groups of six to twelve members. Competitions are structured to encourage teamwork and collaboration with three sections: Artistic and Acrobatic Floor, Tumbling, and Vaulting/Mini Trampoline.
