PCYC WOLLONGONG GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Wollongong, we provide a range of gym and fitness options for our members to achieve their health goals. With group fitness classes and a fully equipped casual-use gym, our community-based club is a great place to get fit in the Illawarra region. 

Our Boxing For Fitness class is an excellent way to break a sweat and get an understanding of basic boxing principles. In these fast-paced sessions, you will work on your overall fitness, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning. Our qualified trainers will make sure that you’re maintaining proper form and having a great time. Members above the age of 14 are invited to attend this class.

PCYC Wollongong also hosts Pilates With Morgan, a group fitness class where participants focus on stretching and muscle activation exercises. These sessions are held in a friendly and inclusive environment, where people of all ability and experience levels are encouraged to join.

Finally, the gym at PCYC Wollongong is open for casual use during club operational hours to accommodate people who prefer to work out on their own. Free weights, cardio machines, and resistance equipment are available. View our current Wollongong gym and fitness classes timetable below.
