PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community. PCYC Wellington has been servicing this community since May 1994 and has always offered a diverse range of sport and recreational activities. We have qualified instructors leading all our classes that are available.
Our club offers a range of activities including Judo, Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Fit for Life, School Holiday Programs, and After School Activities, and we are always looking to add new activities. We offer a safe, inclusive environment in which you can feel comfortable leaving your child, and we are always working to deliver on our mission to empower young people and get our community active — not just in sport, but in life as well.
Futsal Skills, Drills and Games targeted at those players who want to improve their skills in a more structured setting, working on specific skills such as first touch, striking the ball, passing the ball, defensive techniques and behaviours, awareness, agility, communication and more!
Team Gym is a combination of Dance and Gymnastics. The class teaches Intermediate Tumbling, floor routines and trampolining skills, all practiced, refined and performed in a team environment with a competitive space for our young gymnasts and requires full commitment to competitions and training sessions.
Competitions will include extra fees varying on the location, travel and type of competition.
Team Gym Development

Team Gym Development is a combination of Dance and Gymnastics. The class teaches Basic to Intermediate Tumbling, floor routines and trampolining. This is all practiced, refined and performed in a team environment with a non-competitive space for our young gymnasts to be prepare themselves for competitive Team Gym once these skills and their development has been reached.
This parent/adult assisted class is designed to give your little one a head start in life! With a focus on learning through play, each lesson will use colours, sounds and other stimulation to help your child develop their body control and strengthen brain connections through balance, sensory stimulation, tactile experience and coordination exercises. Children will learn to roll, climb, jump and swing all while having fun and socializing with parents and other children
Junior gym is a program suitable for preschool and kindergarten aged children, bridging the gap between Kindergym and GymStar. Junior Gym offers more structure than the Kindergym program with teaching methods and activities specifically targeted to suit the developmental and cognitive needs of this age group, whilst increasing self-confidence in an independent learning opportunity

Beginners Boxing class teaching basic skills and getting in some fun and fitness a great way to get your kids moving and learning a new skills, 45 minute class
A great introduction to a variety of dance moves. A great way to get active and learn some great skills along the way, this class incorporates modern, jazz and musical theatre into the weekly routines
Gather your mates and come down to shoot hoops, make a game, challenge yourself every Thursday during school term!
Youth Programs at PCYC Wellington
Nations of Origin
PCYC NSW’s Nations of Origin is a community-driven four-day long tournament that brings together young people from across the state to represent their local Aboriginal Nations in sports such as rugby league, netball, basketball, and gymnastic
The program fosters physical fitness, wellbeing, and personal growth, while promoting prosocial behaviours through mentorship. Additionally, participants are transported to school, ensuring they start their day positively.
U-Nites run on Friday and Saturday nights, offering a safe, structured environment for young people aged 10-18. We provide fun activities that promote socialisation and a sense of belonging. Dinner and transportation included.
