PCYC WAGGA WAGGA GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Wagga Wagga, we offer gym facilities and fitness classes to help our members stay in shape and achieve their health goals. With a range of fitness options, you’ll be sure to find a class that appeals to you. 

We have a fully equipped gym that’s available for casual use during club operational hours. You’ll find weights, cardio machines, and strength equipment to help you get a solid workout on your own schedule. 

In terms of group fitness classes, PCYC Wagga Wagga hosts a number of high-intensity sessions, where you can break a serious sweat and have a great time. For example, our HIIT, ZUU, and Cardio Box classes give you a full-body workout that’s designed to burn serious calories. 

Our club also provides Zumba and Zumba Strong classes for anyone who’s looking for a fun dance-inspired activity. At the end of each session, you’ll emerge with a smile on your face and a sense of accomplishment from your workout.
