PCYC UMINA BEACH GYM AND FITNESS

PCYC NSW is dedicated to offering to a range of gym and fitness options in the community, catering for all ages and skill levels.

As a community-based gym, we want to be able to cater for all fitness levels and budgets that will give you the right balance of training and motivation. We have over 37 Gym and 

Fitness centres across NSW, and offer a huge range of facilities and high-performance equipment. 

PCYC Gym & Fitness centres include features such as body building training, weights rooms, fitness centres, personal training, spin classes, step aerobics, weightlifting/ power lifting, and more. 

If you are new to training at a Gym & Fitness centre, PCYC is the perfect place for you to start your fitness journey. Our clubs are inclusive, non-judgemental, safe and welcoming, and you can go at your own pace as you work towards kicking your fitness goals. 

You can also work out safe in the knowledge you are under the guidance of highly trained expert instructors. Some of our coaches and PTs across the state are former professional athletes and sports coaches, who commit their time creating our incredible gym offering at PCYC, as they are committed to supporting and giving back to their community.

 

If you are looking for a ‘state of the art’ gym facility, some of our clubs feature high-performance and top spec gym equipment, and are specialists in this category. Hornsby/Ku-ring-gai, Auburn, Grafton, Coffs Harbour and Tweed Heads are some examples, and Penrith and Parramatta have recently undergone renovations to improve their gym facilities and fitness classes offering trained staff and updated equipment.

PCYC NSW Gym & Fitness centres offer membership with no fixed contracts, modern, family-friendly, safe and facilities, and have been serving the community with quality service since 1937. Some of our clubs also feature cafes and chillout areas, for pre- or post-gym refreshment, and many have kids care on-site, so you can leave your little one with us while you workout.

What is more, when you train at a PCYC gym, you know you’re supporting our mission as a charity empowering young people, to improve the lives of youth across the state. The “Gyms with heart”, visiting one of our centres today is good for you, and good for the community!

Since 1937, PCYC New South Wales has also helped kids get active and become leaders within their community. We partner with NSW Police Youth and Crime Prevention Command to empower young adults to reach their potential and develop essential life skills.
