PCYC TWEED HEADS GYM AND FITNESS
At PCYC Tweed Heads, we have a fully equipped gym with everything you need to stay fit and achieve your health goals. Our community-based club also offers a variety of group fitness classes so you can get active and socialise in a supportive and fun atmosphere.
Our gym facilities are available for casual use during club operational hours. With cardio machines, weights, strength equipment, and more, you’ll be able to get an excellent workout at an affordable cost. You can also arrange a personal training or rehabilitation session with a certified trainer.
If you prefer a group setting, we can accommodate that as well. With high-energy classes such as HIIT, Bootcamp, and Boxing 4 Fitness, PCYC Tweed Heads is the ideal place to break a sweat and have a great time doing it. We also offer more relaxed classes, including Yoga and Mums and Bubs Group Fitness.
Additionally, we host numerous fitness classes for seniors to stay active. Our members over the age of 50 are welcome to attend sessions such as Senior Tai Chi, Seniors Dance Fitness, Seniors Tap Dancing, and Seniors Gym Fitness.
