Kindergym at PCYC NSW is a program of parent / adult assisted Gymnastics-based classes is designed to give your little one a head start in life! With a focus on learning through play, each lesson will use colours, sounds and other stimulation to help your child develop their body control and strengthen brain connections through balance, sensory stimulation, tactile experience and coordination exercises. Children will learn to roll, climb, jump and swing all while having fun and socializing with parents and other children.

Junior Gym is a program suitable for preschool and kindergarten aged children, bridging the gap between Kinder Gym and GymStar. Junior Gym offers more structure than the Kinder Gym program with teaching methods and activities specifically targeted to suit the developmental and cognitive needs of this age group, whilst increasing self-confidence in an independent learning opportunity. Classes are instructor led, in an independent learning environment (no parents on the floor), with smaller class sizes.

Our PCYC NSW GymStar program is a recreational program for school age children, covering the basics of gymnastics and movement in a fun and friendly environment. Children will learn the basics of apparatus such as bars, beam, floor and trampoline to assist in developing skills such as balance, coordination and strength. Each term, participants will be assessed on the skills they have learnt and move up through the GymStar levels. The skills your child will develop through our GymStar program will be useful in many other sports and areas of life beyond gymnastics!

FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) and Parkour programs at PCYC NSW, are new and innovative classes that provide opportunities for young people to be creative in the development of new skills, whilst staying fit and active for longer. First developed by British Gymnastics to help clubs retain gymnasts, FreeG caters for young people looking to participate in adrenaline-fuelled freestyle sports. Classes include running and jumping over obstacles, as well as tricking and flipping skills. Athletes get the opportunity to run obstacle courses utilising their new skills, and can be a pathway to competitive time trials in Parkour and activities similar to Ninja Warrior.

Our gym and fitness centre has a wide range on equipment and machines suited for all abilities. We have a variety of pin loaded weights machines, free weights, functional fitness and cardio machines.

All users must have a current PCYC Club Membership – Juniors $20/ Adults $40

Fitness Memberships from $10.95 per week (concession) or $13.95 per week (non-concession), all memberships are flexible (month to month) with membership fees paid via automated fortnightly direct debt payments. 30 day written cancellation policy.

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises to build and strengthen your major muscles. With a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Strength & Conditioning has different exercise variations to suit all experience levels.

RowFit is a full-body cardio workout using indoor rowing machines to build strength, endurance, and fitness. Suitable for all levels, RowFit combines interval training and technique to get your heart pumping in a fun, low-impact environment.

Our low-impact group fitness class is designed for adults over 50, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall mobility. Each session combines gentle exercises that are easy on the joints with targeted movements to increase functional fitness, helping participants stay active, independent, and feeling their best.

Amateur Boxing classes are open to participants 14yrs+ Not for the faint hearted!

These classes are suitable for individuals that are new to boxing or existing amateur boxers motivated to move through the Amateur Boxing pathway.

Learn boxing fundamentals, sharpen your skills or get ready for competition!

PCYC Boxing is dedicated to the development of young people through the sport of boxing. This activity is focused physical fitness, self-defense, confidence and discipline. Learn boxing skills and improve your fitness in a fun environment.
