PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

PCYC Shoalhaven is an integral sport and recreation facility in the Shoalhaven region which has been serving our local citizens since 1973.

Our club proudly offers opportunities for not just our youth target audience, but for almost all ages. We have a variety of programs and activities for children through to seniors that are safe, inclusive and exciting.

At PCYC Shoalhaven, we offer a wide range of programs and activities designed to get our community active. Our offerings include Gym and Weights facility, Group Fitness, Gymnastics, Boxing, Safer Driver Education, Youth Programs, and Martial Arts — all aligned with our mission to empower young people and support healthy, active lifestyles for all ages.

Children will learn the basics of apparatus such as bars, beam, floor and trampoline to assist in developing skills such as balance, coordination and strength. Each term, participants will be assessed on the skills they have learnt and move up through the GymStar levels. The skills your child will develop through our GymStar program will be useful in many other sports and areas of life beyond gymnastics!
