PCYC PORT STEPHENS - RAYMOND TERRACE GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Port Stephens - Raymond Terrace, our group fitness sessions are designed to keep you active and invested in your health. With a range of classes held each week, our community-based gym is an excellent place to enjoy a great workout and achieve your fitness goals.

If you’re up for a challenge in the gym, check out the BODYCOMBAT class at our club. These fast-paced, non-contact sessions combine martial arts with cardio and strength training, providing a high-energy workout that burns an incredible number of calories. Similarly, our BODYPUMP class is an effective way to get lean and toned in a friendly and supportive group setting. 

Alternatively, you can try the BODYBALANCE class at PCYC Port Stephens - Raymond Terrace. This class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. It incorporates elements of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.

Our club also hosts an Active Aerobics class for our members over the age of 55. Here, you’ll participate in low-impact exercises to help you stay fit in a way that doesn’t put too much stress on your body.

This is a half hour class. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises. Class included for members, price listed is for casual visits.

This is a half hour class. Metafit is a fitness class that only uses your bodyweight, you won’t need any equipment.
