PCYC PENRITH GYMNASTICS

At PCYC Penrith, we provide gymnastics class for all experience and ability levels, offering a fun and inclusive space to enjoy this exciting sport. With options for toddlers, children, and teenagers, our gym is an excellent place to train and make new friends along the way.

Our Kindi Gymnastics program is made for young gymnasts between the ages of 18 months and 4 years old. In these sessions, children will explore the environment around them through play. During this time, they’ll be challenged to improve their fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and independent thinking.

After little ones turn 5 years old, they can attend the Gymstar program at PCYC Penrith. Here, they will work on more specific gymnastics skills and increase their confidence in the gym and in themselves. Eventually, they can join one of our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics classes to work on more advanced skills and learn how to compete against others.

For our members with limited mobility, PCYC Penrith also offers a weekly Disability Gymnastics class. These sessions are designed to increase physical fitness and assist with cognitive development and are open to ages 5 and up.
