PCYC PENRITH GROUP FITNESS

With a fully equipped gym and a variety of weekly fitness classes, PCYC Penrith offers a safe and friendly atmosphere for you to get active and focus on your health goals. Our community-based club has gym and fitness options for people of all ages and fitness levels, so you’re sure to find a class that’s perfect for you. 

If you’re after a workout that gets your heart pumping, the HIIT class at PCYC Penrith is a great fit. In these sessions, your experienced trainer will guide you through short bursts of high-intensity exercise, followed by brief periods of recovery. By alternating between the two, HIIT courses are designed to increase your heart rate and burn extra fat. 

Our Work-It Circuit class provides another fantastic full-body workout. It includes resistance and endurance training and aerobics, with the goal of increasing strength and conditioning.

PCYC Penrith also hosts a Strength for Life class, which is designed just for our members over the age of 50. Here, you’ll work on your balance, flexibility, and strength in order to stay healthy as you get older.
