PCYC NSW Gymnastics - Sport and Recreation

KinderGym (18 months - 4 years)

Our KinderGym classes are the perfect way for your child to explore movement, build coordination, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment!  Through fun activities, games, and creative movement, we help your child develop essential motor skills, balance, and confidence. Whether it’s climbing, jumping, or exploring new activities, the adventure starts here!

Junior Gym (4 - 5 years)

Junior Gym provides a more structured learning environment with teaching methods and activities carefully designed to support the developmental and cognitive needs of 4 to 5-year-olds. This program encourages independence, builds physical coordination, and boosts self-confidence—offering children a fun and engaging space to learn and grow on their own.

GymStar (School age children)

GymStar is a fun and engaging recreational program introducing the basics of gymnastics in a supportive environment. Children will develop balance, coordination, and strength as they learn skills on bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. With term-based assessments and level progression, GymStar is ideal for those starting their gymnastics journey or simply looking to stay active, build confidence, and have fun.

FreeG/Parkour

FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) and Parkour are dynamic, high-energy programs that encourage creativity, movement, and skill development in a fun and challenging environment. Participants learn to run, jump, vault, flip, and navigate obstacle courses, building strength, agility, and confidence along the way. These programs offer an exciting pathway for young people to stay active, explore their physical potential, and even progress into competitive time trials or Ninja Warrior-style challenges.
