PCYC PARRAMATTA GYM AND FITNESS
At PCYC Parramatta, we aim to get our members active and excited about fitness. To serve that purpose, our community-based club offers a number of gym and fitness classes each week, with options for all age groups and fitness levels.
Interested in signing your child up for a fitness class at our gym? Our Kids Outdoor Fitness is a great fit for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. In this six-week program, young boys and girls will participate in drills and games that are designed to improve their overall fitness and boost their strength, balance, and coordination.
PCYC Parramatta also hosts a six-week Hip Hop Dance course for children (ages 5 to 12). During these sessions, kids will work with our qualified dance instructors to master hip-hop dance moves and learn how to perform complete routines with their peers.
If you or your child are interested in boxing, we provide a number of boxing courses as well. We have options for children, teens, and adults, where you’ll be able to get a fantastic workout while learning the fundamentals of this popular sport.
