PCYC ORANGE GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Orange, our gym and fitness classes are designed to get you active and help you achieve your fitness goals. With sessions for all age groups and fitness levels, our community-based gym is a safe and supportive place to invest in your health.

If you’re looking for a fun-filled fitness class for your child, PCYC Orange has several options. Both our Kids Fit Boxing and Kids Fit Fun Fitness classes are a wonderful way to get young people engaged in their health and confident in the gym. These sessions are just for kids under 15, offering a great opportunity for boys and girls to make new friends while they stay physically active. 

We also host several group fitness classes aimed at teenagers and adults. If you enjoy an intense and exciting workout, our HIIT and Zumba sessions could be a great fit. Similarly, our Boxing For Fitness classes provide a fabulous cardio workout with fundamental boxing moves mixed in. Or if you prefer something a bit slower-paced, our Stretch & Flex and Zumba Gold classes might be more suited for you.
