PCYC NORTHERN BEACHES BOXING

At PCYC Northern Beaches, our boxing classes are a great way for you to keep fit and engage with other members of the community. We offer several classes per week, designed for various age groups and fitness levels.

Young boxers (aged 8 to 13 years old) are invited to attend our Junior Boxing sessions, held twice per week at our club. In these classes, students will learn boxing in a fun and friendly atmosphere, under the guidance of our qualified trainers. This no-contact program is designed to teach young people the fundamentals of boxing to build their overall fitness, self-confidence, and mental toughness.

We also host a Senior Boxing class for our club members over the age of 14. During these sessions, our teenage and adult participants will focus on growing their boxing skills and engage in no-contact drills to improve their strength, coordination, and conditioning.

Boxing classes at PCYC Northern Beaches are open to people of all experience levels and provide a fantastic opportunity to socialise with others who are also interested in boxing.
