PCYC NSW clubs to re-open in accordance with NSW Health orders - see you soon!
Things have changed since we last saw you! Please make sure you know what you need to safely and legally enter your PCYC club from Monday, 11 October. Our staff will be on hand to help. Please respect these new conditions - we are following NSW Health regulations in order to keep you and your community safe.

We are excited to announce that PCYC clubs in three regional locations will reopen on Saturday, 11 September following the easing of COVID restrictions in the Tweed Heads, Grafton and Coffs Harbour area. Lockdown will be lifted at 12:01AM Saturday, so we will be reopening our doors from tomorrow! 🥳 There will be slightly reduced hours, full timetable to follow next week 😃

NSW Government have announced new stay-at-home orders for additional areas in NSW. As of today, this affects 43 PCYC clubs across the State, which will remain closed until the restrictions in those LGAs have been lifted. Read more to see the full list and current re-opening dates.

Due to new COVID-19 outbreaks in regional NSW, restrictions have been announced for Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Singleton, Dungog, Muswellbrook and Cessnock from 5pm today until 12.01am Friday, 13 August. The 9 PCYC clubs in these locations with therefore close for the next seven days, or until the restrictions are lifted.

NSW Government has extended stay-at-home orders to the central west, with three regional local government areas to be locked down until Wednesday 28 July. Today the NSW Government reported 44 new coronavirus cases in the Greater Sydney area. Due to those new cases there are some changes to the latest NSW Health rules and restrictions affecting Greater Sydney. Restrictions in regional NSW will remain unchanged and Term 3 activity bookings are open.

The NSW Government has announced that the Greater Sydney lockdown will be extended to Friday, July 16. This means the current lockdown in Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour, will be extended until 11.59pm July 16. In all other parts of NSW current restrictions will continue. PCYC clubs in Greater Sydney will remain closed during this time including all activities and programs.

Following today's announcement that NSW recorded 22 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, no new restrictions or lockdown conditions have been imposed. Please note that QR code check-ins will soon be mandatory in supermarkets, schools, offices and at all PCYC NSW clubs. Please continue to remain at home if you live in the Greater Sydney area, and wear your masks and adhere to social distancing required outside of that area.

NSW has recorded 31 new local coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, 13 of which were in the community during their infectious period. PCYC NSW would like to encourage everyone in the Greater Sydney Area, including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour local government areas, to continue following NSW Health guidelines and stay at home unless you have a reasonable excuse.

Following advice from NSW Health, a few things will be changing at PCYC NSW clubs. In line with the directions issued by the NSW State Government, clubs in Greater Sydney, including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour local government areas, will be closed from Sunday 27 June to the morning of 10 July or until further notice. PCYC NSW is committed to ensuring that we play our part to help protect and support our community. We will continue to adhere to key safety measures in line with the latest expert health advice.
