PCYC MUDGEE AQUATICS

At PCYC NSW, we offer aquatics classes to teach children how to swim, while also showing them how to have fun and be safe in the water. Learning how to swim is very important for little ones (especially in Australia), and enrolling them in a PCYC aquatics class at an early age is a great place to start!

As your child becomes a stronger swimmer, both you and your little one will feel more confident and secure about their abilities in the pool and at the beach. As a parent, knowing that your child is able to swim can provide some relief when you’re near the water.

Our highly trained and experienced PCYC staff will coach your child in the pool, teaching them essential breathing techniques, proper swimming form, and water safety lessons. Once your daughter or son has mastered the basics, they will have the opportunity to take more advanced aquatics classes and enter the world of competitive swimming.

Not only is swimming an important lifelong skill, but it’s also a fantastic form of exercise for energetic kids and teenagers. At aquatics class, they can get physically active while doing something that’s fun and enjoyable for them. They’ll also have the chance to socialise with others around their age.

At PCYC NSW, we empower young people to reach their potential through youth programs and recreational activities. We have more than 65 clubs and centres across the state, where kids and teenagers can build their character and engage with others in their community. PCYC also partners with NSW Police Youth and Crime Prevention Command to offer personal development programs for young adults to learn accountability and leadership skills.
