PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

PCYC Lismore is home to an awesome gymnastics program, full of activities for all ages and skill levels. Throughout the year we offer activities for all ages and pride ourselves on an inclusive and fun school holiday program.

One of the more interesting competitions we run is the powerlifting program, which is very popular. We also have Fit For programs that run throughout the year in collaboration with the local police.

A fun and challenging sport where girls are able to build their co-ordination and confidence to an advanced level: Built around performing four apparatus, the sport allows for participants to provide creative input into their routines, where strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness all contribute towards a gymnast’s self – confidence: Athletes require a SKILLS ASSESSMENT from one of our coaches PRIOR to booking into these classes:

Fit for Life

The program fosters physical fitness, wellbeing, and personal growth, while promoting prosocial behaviours through mentorship. Additionally, participants are transported to school, ensuring they start their day positively.
