PCYC NSW is a values-based operation focused on people - the members we serve and the communities in which we operate - and across the state, over 800 staff and 1,500 volunteers make it possible for us to deliver local services to meet individual community needs.

Daniel has worked with PCYC for 3.5 years, starting at our Northern Beaches Club, before moving to manage our North Sydney club, and has been the manager of PCYC Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai since September 2019. Daniel loves the variety of activities the club has the endless opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to get involved and be active.

Jeremy has been with the club since the new club opened in September 2017. During this time Jeremy’s role has grown to now see him look after all sports activities and programs within the club. Jeremy is an avid soccer fan, and is a successful coach away from PCYC.

Gymnastics Coordinator

Michaela has been involved in gymnastics for over 25 years, with experience across many gymsports, and having coached beginners through to Senior International gymnasts in Rhythmic Gymnastics, her favourite gymsport. She joined PCYC in 2018, and has been at PCYC Hornsby since October 2018. Michaela is also a Presenter for Gymnastics NSW, presenting courses that educate coaches across NSW. “ I get great delight in seeing the moment when a gymnast achieves a skill they have been working on, irrespective of the level of gymnast or skill. It’s the look of achievement on their face.”

Kindergym Leader

Renee, a former Artistic gymnast herself, looks after the young Kindergym class members as well as coaching Women’s Artistic and Trampoline classes. Working with some of our youngest club members, it keeps her young at heart. Renee joined PCYC in 2018 and in 2019 was nominated for Gymnastics NSW Kindergym Coach of the Year.

I have been working in PCYC OOSH for last 6 months as a Coordinator. I have completed my Diploma in Children’s services. I have 3 years of experience in this industry. I love working here because it's such a fun and enjoyable place to be. Getting to know the children and their families is so rewarding and as a parent myself now I can appreciate how important the relationships between families and our staff is.
