PCYC is a unique partnership between NSW Police, Rotary and the Community offering an amazingly diverse range of services to serve the community and empower young people to reach their potential.
PCYC NSW is a values-based operation focused on people - the members we serve and the communities in which we operate - and across the state, over 800 staff and 1,500 volunteers make it possible for us to deliver local services to meet individual community needs.

Chris Gordon
Club Manager
Chris commenced as Club Manager at PCYC Goulburn in October 2023. With Chris's previous careers in Youth and Community Services, Communications, Administration and Management the role of Club Manager allows this knowledge and experience to be put to good use leading PCYC Goulburn.
Claire Burbidge
Activities Officer
Claire joined our PCYC Goulburn team in January 2022. Claire conducts our after school activities which are designed to enhance social, emotional and physical skills for primary and secondary school students. She also organises the Safer Driver Program and the Local Drug and Alcohol Action Program. Claire is passionate about her family and loves sport and baking. Claire also loves being part of our School Holiday Program.
Matt Archer
Activities Officer
Matt joined our PCYC Goulburn team in January 2022. Matt is our Gymnastics Coach. Matt conducts classes for pre-school up to secondary school ages. Matt is passionate about sport and the environment. Matt loves rugby league, sunrises and sunsets. Matt also loves being part of our School Holiday Program.
Callum Watt
Activities Officer
Callum joined our PCYC Goulburn team in January 2022. Callum conducts our after school activities which are designed to enhance social, emotional and physical skills for secondary school students. Callum has a passion for basketball and loves music. Callum is a talented guitar teacher. Callum also loves being part of our School Holiday Program.
Ben Fitzgerald
Youth Engagement Officer
Senior Constable Ben is the Youth Engagement Officer located at Goulburn PCYC. He runs the Fit for Life Programs conducted in Goulburn and Yass along with other Youth Command tasks, and assists with a range of PCYC activities.
