PCYC is a unique partnership between NSW Police, Rotary and the Community offering an amazingly diverse range of services to serve the community and empower young people to reach their potential.

PCYC NSW is a values-based operation focused on people - the members we serve and the communities in which we operate - and across the state, over 800 staff and 1,500 volunteers make it possible for us to deliver local services to meet individual community needs.

Activities officer/Personal trainer

Kayla is our activities officer who runs our youth programs and the personal trainer for our gym. She has been working at PCYC for the last 6 years which she has grown a strong relationship with members and the local community. Kayla assists with our mornings police fit for life programs and runs a youth positive pathways program weekly throughout the school terms.

I started my PCYC journey in 2007 as an activity officer where l also assisted YCMs with police programs one being the Cafe program as the cafe manager. I’m a strong believer in the benefits that a community based organisation can offer the community and especially disadvantaged families.
