About PCYC Eastern Suburbs

PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

PCYC Eastern Suburbs is renowned for its location along Rowlands Park in the beachy area of the Eastern Suburbs.

We pride ourselves on building relationships within the club, and have a number of friendly faces, athletes and celebrities who regularly visit and use our club to train. We have a unique relationship with the police, and enjoy getting to know our members on a personal level.

We run premium boxing and dance classes for those looking for something a little different, as well as a jam packed fitness timetable. The Eastern Suburbs club is headed up by Club manager Nathan Lai -a 14 time Australian Oztag Representative and 2018 World Cup Champions and Sydney Roosters U20's Trainer and Tara Coleman - an Ironwoman. We also have the privilege of having former Olympians Leigh Habler and Warren Rosser as instructors for their various activities, along with former Professional Australian Champion boxers Aaron Lai, Glen Kelly and former NSW and Australian amature champion Ponu Lopeti. Some of our volunteers include Australian Boxing coach Jayson Laing and Sydney Roosters trainer Stephen Driscoll.

Our gym is a popular part of our offering, and is one of the most affordable gyms in the Eastern Suburbs. Our gym features:

Weights area
Cardio equipment
Boxing Classes
Yoga Classes
Personal Training

We look forward to welcoming you to our club!
