PCYC is a unique partnership between NSW Police, Rotary and the Community offering an amazingly diverse range of services to serve the community and empower young people to reach their potential.
PCYC NSW is a values-based operation focused on people - the members we serve and the communities in which we operate - and across the state, over 800 staff and 1,500 volunteers make it possible for us to deliver local services to meet individual community needs.

Sonya is the Club Manager, she started at the beginning of 2024. Sonya was previously the manager of PCYC Wellington
Lisa Goodwin
Gymnastics Coordinator
After 17 years coaching the youth of Dubbo, Lisa is one of our Gymnastics Coordinators and still has a passion for the sport! She enjoys fun and energetic Kindergym classes and loves seeing kids develop across all aspects of their life from social interaction to overcoming fears. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys or riding her horse on their beautiful farm.
Renee Gibbs
Senior Activities Officer
Renee joined the PCYC Dubbo team in 2021 after relocating to the area from Sydney. She brings with her a great deal of gymnastics experience and you'll see her coaching KinderGym, GymStar, WAG and Tumbling classes. Renee loves spending her down time with her family and all things Friends.
Ally Motton
Activities Officer
Ally joined the PCYC Dubbo team in 2022 after successfully completing our Fit for Work program. You'll see her across the club coaching boxing, running gymnastics classes and also assisting you on our reception desk. She has a natural ability for working with young people and has recently commenced studying a Certificate in Youth Work.
Thomas Hoppe
Activities Officer
Tom has been involved with PCYC for some years now in club activities and now as an employee. He is our FreeG/Parkour extraordinaire and also loves coaching GymStar and our Holiday Activities. Tom is an incredible gymnast in his own right and has some crazy skills to show off and teach.
Sophie Hinton
Activities Officer
Sophie joined our coaching team in 2022 and has a love for all things gymnastics and young people. She has been involved in our Team Gym program for some years now and is an incredible gymnast herself. Sophie is completing her a traineeship in Childcare and spends her afternoons here at the club coaching.
Katherine Pitomac
Activities Officer
Katherine has been involved with PCYC for over 5 years and she is one of our Gymnastic Coaches. Katherine Teaches our Team Gym and Gym Star program. Katherine is also a fulltime Jockey and competes all over the central west region for a variety of horse Trainers.
Alexis Hollier
Activities Officer
Alexis has been a part of PCYC for some time. Alexis is currently coaching our Gym Star programs and Level 1 Gymnastics class.
