PCYC DUBBO BOXING

Whether you’re new to boxing or you’ve been training for years, PCYC Dubbo offers a boxing class that’s suited to your age group and skill level. With classes for children, teenagers, and adults, our boxing sessions are a fantastic way to stay in shape and socialise with others who share a common interest.

For kids and pre-teens (aged 8 to 12 years old), our Boxing Beginner course is a great way to spend an evening. Here, your little one will learn basic boxing moves and work on their overall fitness, allowing them to build self-confidence and meet new friends.

Older kids (aged 12 to 16 years old) can join our Boxing Junior sessions. All skill levels are welcome, and PCYC coaches work with each student to ensure that they’re implementing what they’ve learned, and they’re comfortable with the pace of the class.

Adults (aged 16 and up) that are interested in boxing can also drop by for classes at PCYC Dubbo. If you don’t have much experience boxing, you can attend our Boxing Adult class, which is more suited for beginners. More skilled boxers can join our Boxing Advanced sessions.
