This is a 50 minute class that gets the kids sweating and working all body parts. Our ninja coaches work on individual and team based skills and give kids the opportunity to learn new skills and progress at their own rate. We love seeing the pride on our little ninjas faces when they achieve new skills. Improve Flexibility – Being a ninja require flexibility! Coaches are trained in gymnastics based stretching to ensure our ninjas stretch before classes for safety and after classes to improve their range of motion. Gain Fitness – gymnastics based conditioning is key for achieving ninja obstacles so our coaches do a range of fun, yet effective conditioning circuits and games.

Come and join the fun with gymnastics for ages 18 months to 3 yrs

Team gym combines parts of tumble, mini tramp and dance to create an exciting team competitive event. Kids get to flip, roll, jump and dance with friends. Teams compete in groups of 6-12. Participants in these classes will be competing.
