At PCYC Auburn, we offer several kids’ gym and fitness classes to get your little ones active and engaged in their community. All of our kids’ classes are suited for beginners, so they don’t need to have any prior experience to join.

In our Teen Fit class, adolescents will participate in a group fitness session, with a different program set each week. They’ll learn how to perform exercises safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced PCYC coaches.

Younger children can join our kids’ group fitness classes, which are intended to help little ones develop critical skills such as balance, coordination, and flexibility. These classes are split up into two age groups: one for 5-8-year-olds and another for 9-13-year-olds.

In these classes, not only will kids get active, but they will also have the opportunity to make new friends. Plus, they will learn the important life lessons of self-discipline, hard work, and dedication -- all while having fun and staying fit. By teaching your children the importance of exercise at a young age, they’ll be more likely to incorporate fitness into their lives as adults.
