PCYC ARMIDALE GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Armidale, we offer gym and fitness classes to help you stay in shape and have fun while doing it. Our classes are intended for all ages and ability levels, whether you’re just beginning your fitness regimen or you’re looking for new ways to get active. 

Group fitness sessions are a great way to motivate yourself in the gym and turn exercise into a social activity. Our afternoon fitness class is the perfect way to activate your body, engage with fellow gym-goers, and build your self-esteem. During your session, PCYC trainers will teach you proper form and show you how to exercise in a way that’s safe and gets the results that you want.

If you prefer to exercise at your own pace, you’re welcome to enjoy casual use of PCYC Armidale’s gym equipment as well. Feel free to drop by during our club’s operational hours to break a sweat and get your muscles moving -- on your own time.

Our Fit Old Blokes classes are designed especially for men aged 55 and over. We have three classes per week to work on strength, cardio fitness, balance and coordination.

Physical activities class for children to spend an active afternoon in a group, better their physical condition and develop a liking for sport. The participants will be doing some age-appropriate exercises and physical activities that help increase their stamina and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Term 2 - 2023 Children's Bootcamp program will run for free with limited spots available.
Get Active United program is proudly funded by the Office for Regional Youth - Children and Young People Wellbeing Recovery Initiative.
