PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

PCYC Parkes is an integral sport and recreation facility in the Parkes region which has been serving our local citizens since 1977.

The club proudly offers opportunities for everyone — from school children to seniors, from all walks of life. With recent upgrades worth over $600,000, we are a modern, safe, inclusive, and exciting club delivering our mission to empower young people and get our community active, in sport and in life.

We offer quality programs and activities to the region including Gymnastics, learn-to-play programs, Archery Tag, Bubble Soccer, basketball competitions, wheelchair sports, the L-plate Safer Drivers program, Traffic Offenders program, Fit For Life, school sports, active recreation afternoons and heaps more.

Freestyle Gymnastics (FreeG) is a Parkour style gymnastics program that fosters creativity and individual expression whilst having fun in the gym. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, flipping and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.

Junior Gym is a fun and active class to prepare children for the GymStar program, this is a perfect class for kids not quite ready for a fully structured program working towards badges like GymStar. In Junior Gym your child will be taught basic gymnastics skills around balance, flexibility and agility along with further skills on the apparatus all n a safe and friendly environment.
