We have a range of activities on offer for young people, including OOSH services and a great outdoor play area too!

Cheerleading (Cheer) is the perfect combination of dance, gymnastics and acrobatics elements! Cheerleading is dynamic and demanding a mix of athleticism, coordination and performance skills and celebrates teamwork and artistic expressions.
The classes are for everyone who has mastered the GymSTAR skills and wish to learn the fundamentals of cheer!
Our Cheerleading classes are $14 and require an annual Gymnastics NSW Registration ($70). To enrol, fill out the “Enrolment & Direct Debit Form” and email it to lithgow@pcycnsw.org.au, or bring it into the club.

Parkour/Free G (Freestyle Gymnastics) programs are new and innovative programs that provide opportunities for young people to be creative in the development of new skills, whilst staying fit and active for longer. Classes include running and jumping over obstacles, as well as tricking and flipping skills. Athletes get the opportunity to run obstacle courses utilising their new skills and can be a pathway to competitive time trials in Parkour and activities similar to Ninja Warrior.
Our Free G classes are $15-16 and all require an annual Gymnastics NSW Registration ($70). To enrol, book online or fill out the “Enrolment & Direct Debit Form” and email it to lithgow@pcycnsw.org.au, or bring it into the club.

WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) is one of the most well-known forms of gymnastics – the kind you would commonly see in the Olympics on TV. It is a competitive sport for girls of all ages comprising of 4 apparatus – beam, bars, floor & vault. Athletes will work on skills, dance and tumbling for each of these apparatus as well as working on developing strength, flexibility and handstands.
The classes are for everyone who has mastered the GymSTAR skills and wish to learn the competitive levels of Artistic Gymnastics: Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor.
Our WAG class is $25 and require an annual Gymnastics NSW Registration ($110). To enrol, fill out the “Enrolment & Direct Debit Form” and email it to lithgow@pcycnsw.org.au, or bring it into the club.

Tumbling is a gymnastics discipline that is performed without the assistance of props and down a long sprung track. Tumblers perform series of acrobatic skills and each jump, twist and flip is performed by placing only your hands and feet on the track. Tumblers perform dynamic routines and passes that include flips, rolls, jumps, somersaults, and handsprings. Tumbling is a captivating fusion of athleticism and artistic expression in which participants defy gravity and execute amazing skills with an effortless ease!
The classes are for everyone who has mastered the GymSTAR skills.

GymSTAR is our entry level recreational program for school age children, covering the basics of gymnastics and movement in a fun and friendly environment. Children will learn the basics of apparatus such as bars, beam, floor and trampoline to assist in developing skills such as balance, coordination and strength. Each term, participants will be assessed on the skills they have learnt and move up through the GymSTAR levels.

Archery has been around for more than 10,000 yrs and has been mostly used for hunting & battle: Though bows and arrows have been surpassed by guns in hunting and warfare, it is still a popular recreational activity and sport in modern times and is practised in relative safety: All gear will be provided by the PCYC. Judo is an ancient form of Japanese Martial Arts and combat sport meaning “gentle way:” It is also one of the most practised forms of martial arts in the world: The aim is to overcome one’s opponent by the use of various throwing techniques, pinning techniques and strangle techniques; the last two performed by senior players only: The practice of Judo develops a high degree of stamina, speed, agility, balance, strength and flexibility, while also developing very effective self – defence skills: Grades are awarded in Judo for technical knowledge and competition experience: Classes at PCYC Lithgow cater to both beginners and experienced judoka: $40 Annual NSWKJA fee required – payable to Sensei Danny: Uniforms Available from Sensei Danny

Our Learn To Play sessions are an opportunity for parents and kids to use the space in a safe, warm environment while the kids learn to play with other kids and different elements – climbing, crawling, block building, hula hooping fun.
This is a non-structured class which families can attend any time. Bookings available on the day, either by coming into the club or by calling PCYC Lithgow on (02) 6351 2510.
The PCYC Job Ready Course helps students develop essential employability skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service, while also offering support in resume writing, interview skills, and workplace safety.
The program fosters physical fitness, wellbeing, and personal growth, while promoting prosocial behaviours through mentorship. Additionally, participants are transported to school, ensuring they start their day positively.
