WELCOME TO YOUR LOCAL CLUB PCYC GRAFTON

PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

After 10 months of building work, Grafton’s multi-million-dollar PCYC club officially opened its doors in August 2020, with a mission to support the youth in our community.

The facility is state-of-the-art, and our team are dedicated to our work in the local community, as well as running outreach programs down river in Maclean and Yamba. We partner with local police running Rise-Up programs such as Fit for Work and Fit for Service, as well as offering a huge range of sports, over 30 regular activities, and recreational facilities.

Featuring a purpose-built boxing ring, state-of-the-art gym equipment and fitness classes, Gymnastics courses, indoor Court Sports and Competitions, OOSH after school and vacation care, and much more, we’ve really got something for everyone.

Parents as well can come down and while your kids are playing sport, work out in the gym or relax and have a coffee in our café. We’re a safe, inclusive place for our young people to spend their time.

Social Netball Competition

Fees: $135 per 10 week term

PCYC Social Netball Competition is back with the competition running on Tuesday nights from 6pm. Mixed gender team or ladies teams running. Mixed Gender team to have a max of 3 males on team. 7-10 people per team.

Pickleball

Fees: $8 casual session

PCYC Grafton is proud to introduce Pickleball. Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. It is a game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. Rules for pickleball are simple, making it a great introductory sport. It can also be quite the challenging, fast-paced, and competitive game when people become more experienced at playing.

Parkour - Beginners

Freestyle/urban gymnastics has developed from the growth in popularity of parkour and tricking, and involves gymnastic skills carried out in a non-traditional environment. PCYC offers urban gymnastics programs for people interested in learning to do flips and somersaults in a safe environment, with qualified and experienced instructor. $17.00 per class via Direct Debit

Parkour Intermediate
Age: All
Fees: $16.50 per class via Direct Debit

This class is for late teenagers and adults and teaches skills across a variety of different gymsports, including tumbling, trampoline, etc. and is based on the skills you want to learn. GymStar + is an extension class for people who would like to extend and perfect their Gymnastics skills but not go into a competition class. Entry to this class requires previous attendance to GymStar or via introduction via one of the coaches.

Youth Programs at PCYC Grafton

Fit for Life

The program fosters physical fitness, wellbeing, and personal growth, while promoting prosocial behaviours through mentorship. Additionally, participants are transported to school, ensuring they start their day positively.

U-Nites

U-Nites run on Friday and Saturday nights, offering a safe, structured environment for young people aged 10-18. We provide fun activities that promote socialisation and a sense of belonging. Dinner and transportation included.
