PCYC UMINA BEACH COMPETITION GYMNASTICS

At PCYC Umina Beach, we offer gymnastics programs and classes to help young athletes develop the different skills they need to succeed in this exciting sport. With options for all age groups, our club is the perfect place to learn basic gymnastics skills and improve as a gymnast.

For young athletes (from 4 to 5 years old), our Kindy program is a great introduction to athletic movement. Children in this class will get comfortable in the gym and establish a solid foundation of gymnastics abilities. After that, they can join our GymStar program, where they will continue their training and try more advanced moves.

PCYC Umina Beach also hosts tumbling and trampolining programs, with options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes. These classes will help students master specific skills and improve their flexibility, coordination, and strength. Similarly, our Free G sessions are open to people who are interested in parkour and freerunning, with options for all experience levels.

Gymnasts who want to compete at a higher level can join our Women's Artistic Gymnastics courses. Here, athletes will perform complete routines on various apparatuses. View our current Umina Beach gymnastics classes and competitions timetable below.
