PCYC MAITLAND GROUP FITNESS
At PCYC Maitland, we host a variety of gym and fitness classes each week to get our club members fit and active. With options for kids, teens, and adults, our community-based gym is the perfect place to break a sweat and achieve your fitness goals.
If you enjoy group fitness classes, PCYC Maitland has plenty of options for you, including our Bootcamp class. These sessions are held several times per week and provide an intense and challenging workout that will keep you on your toes. Club members aged 18 and up are welcome to join these fast-paced classes.
Our Boxing 4 Fitness class is another fun-filled way to stay in shape at PCYC Maitland. It incorporates the fundamentals of boxing with cardio and strength exercises, providing a complete workout that will leave you feeling accomplished. This class is open to our club members over the age of 17.
