At PCYC Grafton, our boxing classes offer a fun and intense way for children, teenagers, and adults to stay fit and healthy. We host a number of classes each week, designed to get your body moving and help you improve your boxing skills. 

Young people ranging from 8 to 15 years old are invited to our Boxing Juniors classes. During these fast-paced sessions, PCYC trainers will guide participants through drills, skills, and development, providing a strong foundation of boxing abilities. 

Older teens and adults (aged 16 and up) can check out our Boxing Seniors sessions. Like the juniors’ class, students will engage in essential boxing exercises and build up their strength and coordination in the ring.

Both of the boxing classes at PCYC Grafton are open to all experience levels, so if you’ve never tried boxing before, our club is a great place to do so. At the same time, more advanced boxers can also refine their skills in our classes. Our trainers will work with you to ensure that you continue to learn and develop your abilities.
