She works with the philosophy that empowering others inevitably empowers ourselves. Using techniques to evoke self-worth and gratitude is something she is also passionate about, to help young people become happier with a greater lust for life and their community. Currently running recreation programs around the Far South Coast Julia is finding it so exciting and powerful to fuse mindfulness and fitness together. Fun fact: *Despite being super tall, Julia is terrified of heights! *Julia is an avid adventurer and has ticked off several things on her bucket list including hiking Macchu Picchu, seeing Uluru, exploring Angkor Watt, and cruising up the Amazon.
