PCYC WOLLONGONG GROUP FITNESS
At PCYC Wollongong, we provide a range of gym and fitness options for our members to achieve their health goals. With group fitness classes and a fully equipped casual-use gym, our community-based club is a great place to get fit in the Illawarra region.
Our Boxing For Fitness class is an excellent way to break a sweat and get an understanding of basic boxing principles. In these fast-paced sessions, you will work on your overall fitness, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning. Our qualified trainers will make sure that you’re maintaining proper form and having a great time. Members above the age of 14 are invited to attend this class.
PCYC Wollongong also hosts Pilates With Morgan, a group fitness class where participants focus on stretching and muscle activation exercises. These sessions are held in a friendly and inclusive environment, where people of all ability and experience levels are encouraged to join.
