PCYC WOLLONGONG BOXING
With classes for children, teenagers, and adults, PCYC Wollongong is the perfect place to start or continue your boxing training. As a community-based club, we are committed to creating a safe and positive atmosphere where people of various age groups and skill levels can participate in boxing.
Young boys and girls (aged 7 to 14 years old) can enrol in our Junior Boxing program. In these classes, students will develop their boxing skills and improve their overall fitness. They’ll also work on their self-discipline and confidence inside and outside of the gym. We also host a Senior Boxing class for our members over the age of 14, giving teenagers and adults the chance to learn boxing in a supportive environment.
In addition to these instructional boxing classes, PCYC Wollongong also runs a Boxing For Fitness class for people aged 14 and up. These high-energy sessions offer a complete strength and cardio workout that centres around fundamental boxing moves.
At PCYC Wollongong, our boxing programs are led by qualified trainers who will ensure the safety of all participants. Individuals of all fitness levels are warmly invited to join our friendly and non-competitive classes. View our current Wollongong Boxing classes timetable below.
