PCYC is dedicated to offering a range of gym and fitness options in the community catering for all ages and skill levels. As a community-based gym, we want to be able to cater for all fitness levels and budgets that will give you the right balance of training and motivation.

Teen Fitness Program

We have a fantastic 1 hour fitness program for 10-15 year-olds. The program aims to improve skill and fitness in a fun and positive environment. We combine challenging fitness activities with a variety of sports and games to make sure all participants are growing in their fitness and are having plenty of fun too. The program runs by school terms on:

  • Tuesdays 5-6pm

The cost is $10 per session for PCYC members.

A great fitness class for men of all ages!

Monday and Wednesday: 5.30-7pm. $3.10 a class.
