PCYC SHOALHAVEN MARTIAL ARTS

PCYC Shoalhaven provides a safe and inclusive environment where people of all ages can train in various martial arts. Our classes are designed to get kids and adults active and engaged in athletics, even if you’ve never participated in martial arts before.

Our Martial Arts Mix-Up classes are a unique way to try your hand at different styles of martial arts. For children who haven’t taken a martial arts class before, the Martial Arts Mix-Up Fundamentals course is an excellent introduction to different styles, including Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Karate. Kids over the age of 5 can attend these sessions before moving up to the Martial Arts Mix-Up Junior class.

For adults and older children with martial arts experience, our Martial Arts Mix-Up Senior class allows you to sharpen your skills and learn more advanced techniques. In these classes, you'll study the principles of self-defence and combat under the guidance of our trained instructors.

If you’d prefer to specialise in one martial arts style, you can join our Aikido class (open to members aged 8 and up). Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that teaches you how to protect yourself while minimising harm to your opponent.
