NSW Government has extended stay-at-home orders to the central west, with three regional local government areas to be locked down until Wednesday 28 July. PCYC Orange will therefore be closed, along with all programs and activities. Check out our Stay Active at-home video series for a fun-packed range of activities from the PCYC team.
Orange, Cabonne and Blayney council areas have entered a seven-day lockdown, ending midnight 28 July.
PCYC Orange is now following NSW Government stage one restrictions, which mean people can only leave their home for essential reasons, including:
- Shopping for food or other essential goods and services
- Medical care or compassionate needs (people can leave home to have a COVID-19 vaccination, unless identified as a close contact)
- Exercise outdoors in groups of two or fewer, unless you are members of the same household
- Work or tertiary education, if you cannot work or study from home
Masks must be worn indoors and outdoors where it is not possible to socially distance from others.
PCYC Orange will therefore remain closed during this time, including all activities and programs.
