PCYC MUDGEE GROUP FITNESS

At PCYC Mudgee, we offer various fitness classes and casual use of our gym facilities for our members to break a sweat and stay active. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, keep in shape, or relieve stress through exercise, our community-based gym is a fantastic place to work on your fitness goals. 

If you’re looking for a serious workout, check out our MetaPWR class. It’s a 30-minute HIIT session, where you will participate in short bursts of high-intensity training, followed by short periods of active recovery. Similarly, our Core class focuses on vigorous core workouts and is designed to get you toned and lean. 

For those interested in a less strenuous workout, our Mind and Body Flow sessions are a great fit. These slower-paced classes combine tai chi, yoga, and pilates to challenge you physically and mentally. If you prefer to focus on one type of exercise, PCYC Mudgee also runs Pilates sessions twice per week. 

Our club is also available for casual use if you prefer to work out on your own time. We have everything you need for a solid gym session, including weights and cardio machines. View our current Mudgee fitness classes timetable below.

This class is a 45-50 minute class using barbell adjustable weights to tone and raising your metabolic rate for fat burning. Each section of the class focuses on a different body part, helping to condition to your whole body.

45 minute indoor cycling experience. If you want to burn calories, this is the class for you. Following the warm up, the intensity of this class will only increase. Climb mountains, sprint the flats, feel the legs burn as the muscles fatigue.
