PCYC GOULBURN BOXING

At PCYC Goulburn, we provide boxing training and classes to help our members stay fit and develop their athletic skills. Not only is boxing an excellent physical workout, but it provides a number of benefits for your mind and spirit as well.

Our boxing classes are open to people of all ages, so you’re free to attend on your own, with friends, or even with your children. During boxing sessions at PCYC Goulburn, you will work on your physical fitness while simultaneously building your self-discipline, confidence, and mental strength.

Depending on your interests, you are free to choose from a variety of boxing classes at our club. Whether you want to box for general fitness purposes or you’re interested in competitive amateur boxing, you can find the right class at PCYC Goulburn.

When you attend boxing training at our club, you will learn from experienced trainers who will help you maintain proper technique and make sure that you’re comfortable with the pace of the class. Our sessions are friendly and social environments, so you might even make some new friends along the way.
