PCYC is dedicated to offering to a range of gym and fitness options in the community and cater for all ages and skill levels. As a community-based gym, we want to be able to cater for all fitness levels and budgets that will give you the right balance of training and motivation.

Our boutique weights gym, just a few minutes’ walk from Sydney’s CBD, is focused on optimizing human performance in a relaxed and inclusive setting. When you sign up for our Access Pass you will receive a free introductory personal training session plus a complimentary training program if you require it.


PERSONAL TRAINING

PCYC City of Sydney have experienced personal trainers on staff if you would prefer one on one guidance and motivation to achieve your fitness goals. Spots are limited so please make your booking through reception or email us at cityofsydney@pcycnsw.org.au. Personal Training sessions start at $60 per 45 minute session.
