Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of sequences of movements requiring physical strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and kinesthetic awareness, such as handsprings, handstands, split leaps, aerials and cartwheels.

Who is it for? Gymnastics is for everyone!

Young or old, gymnastics can have a huge impact on physical and cognitive development. Our programs are specifically designed for each age group to challenge and promote growth during any stage of life they may be in. As little as one hour, a week is all that’s needed to see your child progress becoming the best they can be! 

Our Programs

All of our programs are taught by highly accredited coaches with an emphasis on fun and safety! They run during each school term (10 – 12 weeks) depending on the school calendar.Gymnastics Enrolment T3
